I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with good backwater view rooms, a convenient location, and excellent service. However, there were some limited amenities provided like towels and tea/coffee/creamer.

The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Sneha, who went out of her way to ensure a great experience. The location, despite nearby construction, offered a unique experience with a boat on the river. The dining options were varied and delicious. Overall, a memorable stay with great value for money.
The hotel offers tastefully done rooms with excellent housekeeping and courteous staff, making it a clean, spacious, and comfortable stay after a long drive. Attention to detail is evident throughout, providing a nice experience. However, the location is a bit isolated, away from tourist spots, albeit ideal for a stopover along the National Highway Bypass to Kanyakumari.
