The hotel offers a spacious room with a lovely view over the river, featuring a huge glass door with shade separating the bathroom and beds. The service was exceptional, although there were a couple of staff members during check-in/check-out who were not as pleasant. The location is convenient, providing easy access to areas like MG road and Fort Kochi, but it might be a bit far from the city center. The dining experience was top-class with a fantastic selection of food. The facilities are great, offering a beautiful view of the backwater.

I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms, thanks to the team represented by Devijani, were very clean and fresh, just as expected for a 5-star hotel. The service, especially from Ms. Sneha at the front office, was incredibly helpful and supportive. However, the location was not ideal due to nearby construction, but the team did their best to ensure our comfort. The dining experience was fantastic with a wide variety of tasty options. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The Crown Plaza Kochi is a lovely place, with spacious and well-fitted rooms. The staff did a great job in welcoming us during the Pfizer conference. However, the ongoing construction next to the hotel could be bothersome at times.

However, despite requesting a non-smoking room, I was provided a smoking room with a promise for a change that never happened until my check-out. The location was good for exploring Ernakulam district, but it was quite far from Fort Kochi. The dining experience had a decent variety but struggled to meet the global standards of the Crowne Plaza brand. The facilities were adequate but nothing extraordinary.
